Choice Childrenʼs Catering brings to this unique kind of food service a wealth of experience gained over the last 20 years. We recognize that the requirements of such a service is demanding and complex and have endeavored to address a variety of nutritional and cultural issues in the provision of these services. Accordingly we have introduced specialized menus for each of four age groups; infants, transitional, toddlers and preschool/school age children. As well, we have a special events calendar featuring multicultural and nutrition promotions that may be used for reference in a food education program.

Issues of cultural dietary requirements and increasingly restrictive food sensitivities  present a particular challenge. However, the individual dietary needs of each child must be acknowledged and provided for. At the same time, food is an important and sensitive issue with children, so to ensure normal and healthy development, children must enjoy their food experiences. To this end we introduce an element of fun into the food and special services we provide.
